The 16th October episode of Tum Se Tum Tak turns Arya's birthday into a legal battle as Meera arrives with divorce papers, a huge alimony demand, and a threat against the family.

Meera walks into the Vardhan house with her lawyers and announces that she wants a divorce from Yash, along with the house and the office as alimony. She warns Gayatri that she will take her to court and threatens a domestic-violence case against her. Anu refuses to back down, tells Meera they will meet her in court, and asks her to leave. Yash is heartbroken, since he had hoped Meera would come home to apologise, and he blames himself for inviting her.

Arya comforts Yash, feeds him birthday cake, and promises never to break his trust. Harsh believes Meera wants money, but Arya says she wants to hurt him through his family. The family agrees to face the case together, with their legal team and their unity as their strength. Jhende later phones Meera and scolds her, and she warns him that this is only the beginning.

The family then heads to the Dandiya celebration in Anu's locality, where Gopal, Pushpa, and Guddu join the festivities and Arya and Anu dance together. The mood breaks when Butter arrives looking for Arya, tracks him to the celebration, and leaves Arya visibly shocked at the sight of him.
