The 15th October 2026 episode of Tum Se Tum Tak mixes a tender birthday gift with two shocks. Anu gives Arya a diary of their shared moments, and the day ends with Meera walking in with lawyers.

Anu asks Arya to close his eyes and hands him a diary holding their journey, written in the spirit of Rajnandini, who kept her own record of memories. Arya says it is the best gift he could receive, because he can return to those moments whenever he misses her.

Earlier, little Guddu wanders into the corridor and reaches Rajnandini's room. Yash follows him inside, sees Rajnandini's photograph and her wedding picture with Arya, and collapses to the ground. He later claims he only felt dizzy, but Anu remembers that she too fainted after seeing the same photograph.

At the birthday cake cutting, Meera arrives with lawyers and wishes Arya. Yash believes she has come to apologise, but Meera says she came to show everyone their real place, especially Arya. The celebration freezes on her words.
