Anupama 7th October 2026 Written Update on SerialWrittenUpdate.com

The 7th October 2026 episode of Anupama brings a jaw-dropping revelation — the mysterious RV is Digvijay's son Ranvijay. Anupama learns the truth at a temple on Saavi's birthday, even as her business crumbles while Ranvijay's strategy keeps Anuj's café thriving.

Digvijay returns from Salkonda with a warning

Digvijay returns from Salkonda and immediately tells Anupama that Ranvijay has not come back for the hearing at all. According to Digvijay, Ranvijay's real motive is to trouble him. The warning sets a tense tone for everything that follows.

The temple visit on Saavi's birthday

On Saavi's birthday, Digvijay, Anupama, Rahi and Prem head to the temple for a special puja. The visit is meant to be peaceful, but the day has a shock waiting for them.

Ranvijay is already at the temple

When the family reaches the temple, they find Ranvijay there, performing his own puja. His quiet presence at a family occasion raises questions before a single word is exchanged.

RV's identity is revealed — Digvijay's son

At the temple, Anupama sees Saavi's picture and learns the staggering truth: RV is Ranvijay, Digvijay's own son. The man who has been shaping their business fortunes from the shadows turns out to be family. Anupama is left stunned by the connection she never saw coming.

Ranvijay's cold response to Digvijay

Ranvijay gives his father a cold response at the temple and asks him not to say anything today. The exchange between father and son is frosty, confirming that old wounds run deep and that Ranvijay wants the birthday kept free of their conflict.

Digvijay warns Prem and Rahi to end the partnership

Digvijay wastes no time warning Prem and Rahi to break off their business partnership with Ranvijay, calling him untrustworthy. But Vasundhara refuses — they must stay loyal to the café and not interfere in Digvijay's family fight. The clash splits the family down the middle.

Anupama's business sinks as Anuj's café rises

Meanwhile, Anupama's Love You Zindagi is running into losses while Anuj's café keeps growing — and the growth is driven by Ranvijay's business strategy. The imbalance pushes Anupama toward a financial crisis, and the realisation that her rival's success has Ranvijay's fingerprints on it stings.

Mahi, Gautam and the café politics

The subplots simmer too. Prem and Rahi have already thanked RV for their business growth; when Prem asked his full name, RV brushed it off, saying his name is just RV. Mahi wants to join RV at the temple for his sister's birthday, but he prefers to go alone. Rahi fears Gautam will stir trouble between Mahi and RV — and Gautam indeed complains to Vasundhara that Mahi is flirting with RV to make him jealous. Vasundhara tells Gautam to forget Mahi and warns him not to misbehave with Rahi.

The episode ends.

Precap: Anupama 8th October 2026

The precap hints that Anupama will confront the fallout of Ranvijay's identity and her mounting financial troubles. It looks like the family will be forced to choose sides between Digvijay's warning and Ranvijay's influence over the café.

Review

The identity reveal is the kind of twist this show does best — RV was never a stranger, and his coldness at the temple instantly explains his distance. Tying the reveal to Saavi's birthday puja gives the shock an emotional anchor instead of a cheap reveal.

The business track finally has real tension too: Anupama sliding toward a financial crisis while Ranvijay's strategy props up Anuj's café is a rivalry with teeth. The Gautam-Mahi-Vasundhara comedy of errors feels lighter by comparison, but Vasundhara's sharp warning to Gautam keeps it watchable.

Ratings: 4/5
