Kinjal brings good news as Anupama glows over Anuj

The episode opens on a warm note. Kinjal notices that Anupama is glowing and teases her, saying Anuj's love is written all over her face. Anupama laughs and replies that Anuj has painted her with his love, so the glow is not going anywhere. The light banter shows how much Anuj's presence has steadied her.

Kinjal then shares happy news — an experienced professor is about to join her coaching institute. Anupama congratulates her and wishes her success, advising her not to carry every burden alone — teamwork matters, and she does not need to handle all responsibilities by herself.

Pakhi pushes Ishani to meet RV, sparking an argument

The mood shifts when Ishani and Pakhi get into a heated argument. Anupama and Kinjal soon learn what it is about — Pakhi wants Ishani to meet RV, and she is pushing hard to make the meeting happen. Ishani refuses point-blank.

Anupama steps in and asks Pakhi to focus on her own work. Pakhi snaps back that she is not in the mood for a lecture, then explains her real fear — she does not want Ishani repeating the mistakes she made in the past. Ishani wants to marry Banku, and Pakhi is convinced he is the wrong choice for her daughter.

Anupama tries to make Pakhi see that forcing a decision on Ishani will fail, but Pakhi refuses to listen. All Anupama can do now is hope RV does not spark yet another storm in the family.

Mahi and RV grow closer over business and a birthday plan

Meanwhile, Prem and Rahi thank RV for the growth their business has seen, openly praising his strategy for turning things around. When Prem asks his full name, RV grins — his full name, and his half name, is simply RV. The playful moment ends when Mahi interrupts.

RV then asks Prem and Rahi if they would mind him inviting Mahi to the café. Prem reminds him that he is a partner too, so he can invite whoever he likes. Mahi joins RV, and after some business talk, RV reveals he wants to celebrate his sister's birthday and needs a temple for the occasion. Mahi immediately offers to go with him.

RV had planned to celebrate alone, but Prem and Rahi quietly wonder whether the two could become a pair. Rahi, though, worries that Gautam might create trouble between them.

Gautam vows to separate Mahi and RV

Rahi's worry proves justified sooner than expected. Gautam complains to Vasundhara that Mahi is flirting with RV just to make him jealous. Vasundhara refuses to entertain him and tells him bluntly to forget Mahi — she is no longer his wife.

Gautam reminds her that their divorce is still in process. Vasundhara shuts him down completely — she reminds him of his own standing, tells him he means nothing to her, and warns him to stop misbehaving with Rahi. She makes it clear that if he keeps troubling Rahi, she will call Anupama, who will deal with him and throw him out of the house.

A furious Gautam feels Vasundhara has finally shown her true colours and vows not to spare her. He then forms a fresh plan — separate Mahi and RV before they grow too close.

Anupama visits her new house and faces an EMI warning

Later, Anupama visits the construction site of her new house and lets herself dream for a moment. The half-built walls fill her with hope as she pictures the home she is trying to build for her family.

The site manager quickly brings her back to earth, warning that the EMI must be paid on time — a single default could land her on the bank's defaulter list. A confident Anupama assures him that Ansh will never let things reach that stage and the EMI will be paid on time. Financial pressure, she makes clear, will not stop her from building the future she has imagined.

Anupama announces a bold new rule for the household

Back at home, trouble of a different kind is waiting. Pakhi and Paritosh have ordered far too many things, and when the bills arrive, Anupama refuses to pay them. Prerna points out that the family simply cannot afford to keep covering such expenses.

Ansh immediately offers to pay the bills, but Anupama stops him — he cannot keep taking responsibility for everyone. She then announces a brand-new rule: from now on, every adult contributes towards household expenses, and that includes Pakhi and Paritosh.

She goes a step further: anyone who refuses to contribute will stop getting food and will be charged for every expense they create. The decision leaves no room for debate — Anupama has carried everyone else's responsibilities long enough, and she wants every adult in the family to finally understand the value of money.

In the upcoming episode, Anupama introduces Digvijay to Pandit Ji ahead of the puja for Saavi's birthday. Pandit Ji asks her to wait, as someone else is performing a grand puja inside. Anupama freezes when she sees Saavi's picture — and realizes that RV is Digvijay's son. The precap hints this could completely change how she looks at RV and his place in the family.

Review

The new household rule is easily the strongest beat. Anupama stopping Ansh from paying everyone's bills — and telling Pakhi and Paritosh to contribute or go hungry — is the reality check this family has needed for a long time. It also ties neatly into the EMI track: Anupama is fighting to build a house while her own family keeps bleeding money at home.

Mahi and RV's growing comfort gets its first real obstacle in Gautam, and Vasundhara's takedown of him is one of the most satisfying scenes. The Pakhi-Ishani-RV thread adds a third layer of family pressure around the same man.

And then there is the precap. If Anupama really discovers that RV is Digvijay's son, the entire RV track turns on its head — Gautam's jealousy would look tiny next to what is coming. It looks like the biggest twist is being saved for the puja.
