The 20th October 2026 episode of Vasudha turns the sangeet into a crime scene. Samar pushes Prabhat down the stairs, and Chandrika realises an enemy has entered the Chauhan house in disguise.

The sangeet celebrations are in full swing when Prabhat looks unwell and Divya takes him toward his room. Samar follows them, lies to Divya, and sends her away. He hurts Prabhat and pushes him down the stairs. Prabhat's scream brings the family running, and Chandrika calls a doctor.

Sarika taunts Vasudha and calls her unlucky, but Chandrika and Santosh shut her down. Divya reveals that a staff member lied to her and sent her away, yet no such person exists on the staff. Mohan reports that someone hurt him and stole his uniform. Chandrika concludes that an enemy has entered the house in disguise, and she orders security to admit no one until the wedding is complete.

The doctor says Prabhat will recover with bed rest. Prabhat remembers being pushed deliberately, and he asks Chandrika to promise that Dev and Vasudha's wedding will face no hurdles. She gives him her word.

The episode ends.

Precap: Vasudha 21st October 2026

The precap hints that Vasudha lights the bridal diya before the wedding, but the flame suddenly goes out. It looks like Sarika will call it a bad omen and turn the mishap against Vasudha.

Review

Samar's attack on Prabhat raises the stakes sharply. Targeting an unwell elder at a family celebration shows how far he will go, and the stolen uniform twist proves he planned every step.

Chandrika's response is the episode's strongest beat. She shuts down Sarika's taunts, tightens security, and promises Prabhat the wedding will go on, which shows her growing acceptance of Vasudha.
