Meera then reveals her real purpose: she has brought divorce papers to end her marriage to Yash, and she demands alimony in the form of the house, the office, and everything else. Yash and the family are left stunned that she chose Arya's birthday for this confrontation. Whether Yash accepts the divorce demand, and how Arya responds to the threat against the family and its business, remains to be seen.
