The 18th October episode of Tu Hi Re Dil Mein pushes Sanjay into a corner, as Sarita demands a sworn answer about his secret marriage.

Sarita cannot stop thinking that Sanjay's real wife may be someone other than Swati. The fact that Vrinda wears sindoor in Sanjay's name raises serious questions. She grows confused, wondering whether her son has hidden a major truth from her.

Unable to ignore her doubts, Sarita confronts Sanjay and asks whether he has already married someone without informing her. She wants to know who his wife is and why he kept it secret. Sanjay is stunned, tries to avoid a direct answer, but Sarita refuses to let the matter go.

She insists Sanjay tell the truth, and asks him to swear he has not married anyone. Her determination leaves Sanjay in a difficult position, as he recalls his marriage to Vrinda.

Meanwhile, Vrinda learns the truth about Kavita and her husband's conspiracy to ruin Sanjay and his family. Kavita keeps finding new ways to create misunderstandings and turn family members against one another. Her next target appears to be Swati, whom she wants to make suspicious of Sarita.

The episode ends.

Precap: Tu Hi Re Dil Mein 19th October 2026

The precap hints at whether Sanjay finally confesses that he is already married to Vrinda, and whether Kavita succeeds in turning Swati against Sarita.

Review

Sarita asking for a sworn answer is the episode's sharpest move. A vague denial will no longer work, and Sanjay must either lie on his mother's head or tell a truth he has guarded for weeks. Kavita's plan is well timed, since even an honest confession could land inside a family already primed to doubt.
