The 7th October 2026 episode of Mannat is a full-blown confrontation — Vikrant exposes Dhairya's darkest crimes, Mannat destroys what's left of his excuses, and Dhairya surrenders to the police. By the end, Dhairya has lost everything, and the one question hanging over him is whether little Dua will ever forgive him.
Vikrant confronts Dhairya about Mannat
Vikrant faces Dhairya and tells him the plain truth: Mannat never loved him and never belonged to him. Whatever claim Dhairya thinks he had on her was never real.
Dhairya refuses to accept it. He demands to know how Vikrant can claim to have snatched Mannat away from his life, calls Vikrant selfish, and accuses him of tearing Mannat from his arms — blaming Vikrant for making him lose Mannat twice over.
Vikrant exposes the murder of Neetu
Vikrant answers Dhairya's accusations with a devastating fact. He reminds Dhairya that he murdered his own mother Neetu — the woman who gave up her life to save him. Dhairya killed her without a trace of mercy. With that truth on the table, Vikrant asks how Dhairya dares to call him selfish, and what he has ever done for his own daughter.
The wedding-day plan for Dua
Vikrant reveals another buried truth: on his wedding day, he had planned to take Dua away from Dhairya. He says he loved Dhairya from his heart back then and never once suspected him of anything. When Dhairya tried to abduct Dua, Vikrant stopped him — but he kept the truth hidden and gave Dhairya a chance to correct his mistake. Now, Vikrant says, he will never forgive Dhairya for what he did to his daughter.
Dhairya lunges at Vikrant
Dhairya loses control and lunges at Vikrant in rage. Mannat steps in immediately and stops him, warning him never to touch Vikrant again. She tells Dhairya there is nothing left in his life — the purest love was in Dua's heart, and even that he has lost. He has destroyed his own life, she says, and he should blame no one else.
Mannat confronts Dhairya about Dua's betrayal
Mannat then turns on Dhairya over Dua. She reminds him how he used to brag about loving Dua and call himself the best father in the world — and yet he betrayed his own daughter and exploited her trust. He once loved Dua like his own child, but in the end he helped Ankit sell her to a child-trafficking gang.
Dhairya answers bitterly that he is glad Dua has finally seen his true colours. Mannat replies that Dua loved him more than her own parents, and that she had hidden the truth from Dua only to spare the little girl's heart.
Dhairya's boasts come back to haunt him
Mannat rubs salt into the wound by recalling how Dhairya used to mock Vikrant for being absent for seven years, boasting that he himself raised Dua, taught her self-defence since birth — the same self-defence Dua ironically had to use to protect herself. Mannat admits that between her mother Aishwarya Rai Singh trying to destroy her life and her losing faith in everyone, she was genuinely surprised by how beautifully Dhairya had raised Dua. He gave her everything and loved her deeply, she says — so how could he betray her like this?
Neetu and Roni were betrayed too
Mannat piles on the final blows: Dhairya betrayed not just Dua but also Neetu, who loved him like her own son, and yet he murdered her. Roni trusted him deeply, and Dhairya broke his heart as well. Everyone who loved Dhairya now hates him — and it is entirely because of his own actions. Defeated, Dhairya admits he never wanted Dua to hate him.
Vikrant speaks of brothers and upbringing
Vikrant tells Dhairya he was genuinely happy when he learned he had a brother, and that he loved him truly. Vishakha filled Dhairya's heart with poison and drove him away from both Vikrant and Mannat, but Vikrant says he never tried to kill anyone over it — because he had Neetu's upbringing. Dhairya, by murdering Neetu, proved he had Vishakha's upbringing instead. Vikrant admits he did wrong to Mannat, and that they both made mistakes — but Dua has done nothing to Dhairya except give him love. How could he betray her? Dhairya stands silent, regretting his mistakes, saying again that he never wanted Dua to hate him.
The police arrive and Dhairya surrenders
Then the police arrive. Dhairya surrenders himself without a fight. He apologises to Vikrant and asks Mannat to help change Dua's heart so that she does not hate him. Mannat tells him it is not in her hands — Dua will decide for herself. Dhairya leaves with the police. From the shadows, Ankit watches everything and thinks to himself that with Dhairya surrendering, he must now do something.
The episode ends.
Precap: Mannat 8th October 2026
The precap teases a shocking turn: Manyata attempts suicide, and Ankit informs Samragi about it. Samragi says Vikrant should go to jail for murdering Manyata. It looks like the blame for Manyata's condition is about to land squarely on Vikrant.
Review
This is one of the strongest episodes the show has delivered in weeks. The Vikrant-Dhairya confrontation is written with real weight — every accusation lands because the history behind it is genuine, and Vikrant's line about Neetu's upbringing versus Vishakha's upbringing cuts deeper than any shouting match could.
Mannat's takedown of Dhairya is equally sharp. The detail about Dua's self-defence training turning into her only protection is a gut punch, and her refusal to fix Dua's heart for him is the right call — it keeps the emotional stakes honest. The surrender scene avoids melodrama and lets Dhairya's quiet regret do the work.
