The 10th October 2026 episode of Mannat tightens Ankit's noose around Vikrant one calculated move at a time. A fake phone call lures Vikrant toward Factory Road, planted fingerprints pile up at the crime scene, and a servant's scream turns Vikrant into the prime suspect. So is Vikrant walking straight into Ankit's trap? By the final scene, the answer looks terrifyingly like yes. This Colours TV written update covers every scene of today's episode, including Dua's innocent birthday surprise that is about to turn into a nightmare.

Ankit's fake call delivers shocking news

The episode opens with Vikrant receiving a call from an unknown number. The caller claims to be speaking from a police station, but it is Ankit in disguise. Ankit tells Vikrant that Dhairya tried to escape from police custody and was killed in an encounter. He adds that the police need Dhairya's younger brother to perform the final rites and asks Vikrant to come near Factory Road. Vikrant is stunned into silence.

Vikrant hides the news from Dua

Vikrant wants to tell Mannat about the call, but he sees her busy cheering up Dua and holds back. Meanwhile, Mallika tries to lift Dua's spirits by inviting her to a laddu-eating contest against Bunty and Yuvi, with Roni as judge. Dua refuses, saying she used to compete with Dhairya and has no interest in it anymore. Vikrant decides not to tell Dua about Dhairya's supposed death yet, not wanting to spoil her fragile mood. He sends Mannat a message instead.

Mannat counsels Dua on letting go

Mannat sits Dua down and explains the meaning of Ganesh Visarjan. She tells her daughter that nothing is permanent, neither happiness nor sorrow, and there is always hope for a new beginning. Mannat shares that she felt the same pain when she learned the truth about Aishwarya Rai Singh, and she realized she should not waste her life on someone who wanted to destroy her. She urges Dua not to waste time on people like Dhairya. To cheer her up, Mannat offers ice cream, which instantly excites Bunty and Yuvi.

Vikrant smells a rat and verifies with the inspector

As Vikrant drives toward Factory Road, he remembers how Dhairya once lured him out the same way. Suspicion takes over and he calls the inspector directly. The inspector confirms that Dhairya is still in jail, alive. Vikrant realizes someone deliberately tricked him. If you missed how this trap was set, our Mannat 9th October 2026 written update recaps Ankit's original frame-up plan. Vikrant also notices his message to Mannat was never delivered. Alarmed, he calls Mannat, checks that everyone is safe at home, and warns her that Ankit is out and about and they must stay careful.

Ankit plants evidence at the crime scene

While Vikrant races back, Ankit executes the darkest part of his plan. He presses Vikrant's fingerprints onto a knife and leaves it beside Manyata's dead body. He stamps Vikrant's prints on the door and the table too, and creates fake footprints by wearing Vikrant's own shoes. Ankit then waits for Vibha to return home, confident she will call the police the moment she discovers the body. For daily recaps of every twist, browse our Mannat written updates archive.

Dua plans a birthday surprise for Vikrant

Back home, an innocent Dua tells Mannat that tomorrow is her father's birthday. She reveals that the kids have already planned a surprise and decorated the house, and she asks Mannat to help her bake a cake. Mannat happily agrees. Vikrant hesitates to tell Mannat about the strange phone call, not wanting to ruin the warmth. When Yuvi and Bunty interrupt the couple's quiet moment, Mannat goes to Dua while Vikrant distracts the boys with a story.

A servant's scream names Vikrant as the suspect

The episode's chilling climax arrives when a servant discovers Manyata's dead body and screams for help. The police are called, and with Ankit's planted evidence doing its work, Vikrant is named the prime suspect. Mannat, unaware, puts Vikrant's clothes in the cupboard, not noticing a blood-stained outfit hidden among them.

The episode ends.

Precap: Mannat 11th October 2026

The precap hints that Dua will go ahead with her surprise birthday party for Vikrant, unaware of the storm coming. It looks like the police will arrive in the middle of the celebration to arrest Vikrant for Manyata's murder, turning Dua's happiest plan into her worst nightmare.

Review

This episode is Ankit's show, and it is chilling to watch. The fake encounter call is a clever escalation from the blood-stained shirt trick, because it weaponizes Vikrant's own protective instincts. Every planted fingerprint lands with cold precision, and the episode never rushes the menace.

The emotional counterweight works just as well. Mannat's Ganesh Visarjan talk with Dua gives the episode its heart, and Dua's innocent birthday plan creates dread precisely because the viewer knows what is coming. The final scream is earned, and the coming arrest feels inevitable.
