The 18th October episode of Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan brings the confrontation the family has dreaded, as Sneha comes home and finds Manohar staying with Ganga.

Bhavani takes Madhu to the temple, where Baba gives her a demanding ritual: lift a heavy pot and complete 108 rounds of the temple. Madhu agrees, but the strain causes her severe discomfort. With her pregnancy already at risk, the ritual puts her and her unborn baby in danger.

Meanwhile, Manohar tries to bring colour into Ganga's life. With Navratri underway, he tells Ganga she should wear colourful sarees. His words show his growing attachment, even though he cannot remember the painful events that drove them apart.

The biggest drama unfolds when Siddhu and Sneha return home. Sneha is stunned to find Manohar staying with Ganga. Her shock turns into anger. She scolds him and drags him out of the house.

Ganga intervenes and explains that Manohar has lost his memory. He no longer remembers his past mistakes or the circumstances that shattered his relationship with Ganga and their daughters. His memory loss leaves Ganga caught between her painful past and the man who now looks at her with affection.
