The 20th October 2026 episode of Anupama pits her against builder Mohanlal Mathela. He threatens her family to make her drop the fight, but Anupama answers with a warning of her own.

Mohanlal mockingly offers Anupama a political entry, claiming the minister is under his influence, and tells her to think of her family's safety. Anupama realises Gautam leaked family details to him. She refuses to surrender, warns him to leave, and says she will call the police. Mohanlal snatches her mobile.

At the farmhouse, Anupama turns the tables. She brings up his family history, leaving Mohanlal visibly shaken, and warns she will destroy him if he keeps targeting her. Then she orders him out: never enter her cafe again or speak of her children.

Elsewhere, Digvijay steps in when boys harass a girl in the market, and they turn on him. Prem rushes to help while RV first refuses. As the fight grows, RV eventually joins in and saves Digvijay. Prem calls out RV's attitude afterwards, but RV stays fixed on his revenge.

Meanwhile Vasundhara reveals that RV plans to take over Anupama's cafe, removing Prem's competition, and vows to bring baby Pranshi back. Hasmuk advises Anupama to keep a cool head and plan, while urging her to keep fighting.

The precap hints at a water and electricity crisis at Anupama's cafe and house, leaving the Shahs worried. Mohanlal taunts her, asking whether she wants electricity, a water tanker, or a portable cooler, while Gautam stands with him.

Anupama's refusal to bend gives the episode its sharpest moments. Mohanlal using her family as a weapon only hardens her resolve.

The market fight contrasts Prem and RV well. RV helps Digvijay but clings to his revenge, keeping their conflict alive. Vasundhara's cafe takeover plan adds pressure from another side.
